DEVOLUCIONES PRENDAS MADE TO ORDER Las prendas realizadas bajo pedido, made to order, son vestidos confeccionados tras recibir el pedido del cliente. Debido a esto, los pedidos made to order no podrán ser devueltos, cambiados o reembolsados, exceptuando ciertas circunstancias. Por lo tanto, las condiciones de devolución solo podrán realizarse en los casos en cuales las prendas no se correspondan con las solicitadas o cuando el vestido tenga un defecto de fabricación. Si consideras que tu vestido cumple con estas especificaciones, ponte en contacto con care@sophieetvoila.com. Una vez recibida la reclamación, nuestro equipo de Atención al Cliente valorará el caso y si se aprueba la devolución, la prenda tendrá que ser recibida en nuestra sede en un plazo de 15 días. Una vez recibido el paquete y revisada la prenda, tendrá derecho a un reembolso en un plazo de 15 días.
As if you were in our atelier, through a video call, our creative director will hold a chat with you for approximately 45 minutes, in which you can explain your tastes, your style and your preferences just like on a physical date. With these data, and under your supervision, she will digitally draw a proposal for you during the appointment in the form of a sketch, creating a dress designed expressly for you, she will explain it to you and adapt it to your observations.
